First, you have to call a place where you can't understand the customer service. Them when finally give you the information, you can't use the card. This company conveniently chooses not to tell you is that your account will expire if not used for 6 months.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They charge service fee randomly. Your card is charged but your pin is not available. You need to give them call to have your pin or money back. They try hard to put a blame on you [ Read More ... ]
