Absolutely poor experience when interacting with so-called "customer service".
a) they don't answer questions precisely
b) they are even aware of the own promotions they are running
c) there is no consistency for customer experience between Alzashop depending on the currency you pay in. For £ discount, for € forget about it, you are considered as not worth any promo code on first order
